Vianor way - The way of working in the Vianor chain


Guidelines of Vianor Way outline the framework of activities in Vianor chain:


  • The operating idea, goals and basic values, as well as Vianor practices.
  • Describes practices relating to employees, marketing, customers, products, services, the environment and safety
  • It will serve as a good tool for checking work-related practices when needed.

E-learning (distant learning) modules via internet


Vianor arranges training for all its personnel groups. Training is a central part of Vianor Way and one of the most important training models is e-learning, which is used to help provide basic and induction training. E-learning environment covers for example:
  • Vianor Way of doing things presented in training modules which includes training speeches, videos, questions and text relating to training subjects
  • Modules for fitting of passenger car and TBR tyres, b-to-b sales, retreading and fast fit available in 2008 in Hakkapeliitta Academy.
First module for sales and customer service was introduced 12/2006.
